A Novel High-Efficiency Multiple Output Single Input Step-Up Converter with Integration of Luo Network for Electric Vehicle Applications

Concerns about pollution, climate change, limited fossil fuel supplies, and the desire to eliminate energy dependency have sparked a surge in interest electric vehicles (EVs). EV requirements resulted variety of difficulties remedies technology. One them is use DC-DC converters transfer level voltage from battery an other needed levels. An independent converter for each operating might be used as remedy. On hand, single input multiple output (SIMO) can utilized decrease costs, reduce switching loss, thus enhance system efficiency. In this paper, nonisolated step-up with integration Luo network proposed outputs (24 V 48 V). vehicles, backup, while 24 horns, headlights, telematics, or microcontroller. The experimental observations 36 V, 600 mA, W prototype confirm theoretic examination demonstrate advantages over multioutput converters. STM microcontroller, based on ARM cortex microprocessor, linked into making pulses. achieves 94.2% efficiency at full power. converter’s performance evaluated through MATLAB/SIMULINK software, results are validated experimentally.
